Victoria African cultural support center is an internationally
humanitarian body working in partnership with other NGOs,
Governments, INGOs and ENGOs, private societies with common or
similar objectives with those of “Victoria African Aid”.
We are not USAID, UKAID, JICA European Union, or other
organizations at that caliber, but we think there are very
important issues which the international community is failing
to focus at.
This time Victoria is launched with UK headquarters in
Northern Ireland to foster influence on how the African Domain
may influence the economy, politics, and ideologically
insinuate matters of diplomatic concern on an international
scale. We are welcoming all partners who are not patient any
more for a unified Africa.
The USA-A is the Union for strategic Africa which
non-governmentally dictates how a real African Society would
be in this contemporary universe. It harnesses to transcend
